This policy establishes the terms governing access to Analyzer Pro 360 and other cybersecurity technologies, platforms, software, and digital resources provided by VECERT Foundation.

1. Purpose

This Licensing Policy establishes the terms governing access to Analyzer Pro 360 and any other cybersecurity technologies, software, platforms, or digital resources provided by VECERT Foundation.

Our licensing program exists to support organizations whose mission contributes to the public good by improving their cybersecurity capabilities.

2. About Analyzer Pro 360

Analyzer Pro 360 is an advanced cybersecurity platform developed by VECERT Foundation to assist eligible organizations in identifying, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats.

The platform integrates multiple cybersecurity capabilities, including threat intelligence, digital investigations, exposure analysis, risk assessment, and AI-assisted security analysis.

3. Eligibility

Licenses may be granted to eligible organizations, including but not limited to:

  • Hospitals and healthcare providers
  • Universities and educational institutions
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Humanitarian organizations
  • Public institutions
  • Government agencies, subject to evaluation
  • Emergency response organizations
  • Critical infrastructure operators
  • Research institutions
  • Eligibility is determined solely by VECERT Foundation and submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

4. Evaluation Process

Applications may be evaluated based on:

  • Organizational mission
  • Public benefit
  • Cybersecurity needs
  • Available resources
  • Potential impact
  • Geographic location
  • Responsible use commitments
  • Compliance with applicable laws
  • Additional documentation may be requested during the evaluation process.

5. Types of Licenses

VECERT Foundation may provide:

  • Donated Licenses
  • Educational Licenses
  • Research Licenses
  • Pilot Program Licenses
  • Emergency Response Licenses
  • Partnership Licenses
  • The Foundation reserves the right to modify available licensing categories at any time.

6. Permitted Use

Licensed organizations may use Analyzer Pro 360 exclusively for:

  • Defensive cybersecurity
  • Threat detection
  • Incident investigation
  • Cyber risk assessment
  • Security awareness
  • Threat intelligence
  • Academic research
  • Protection of their own authorized environments

7. Prohibited Use

Analyzer Pro 360 may not be used for:

  • Offensive cyber operations
  • Unauthorized surveillance
  • Illegal investigations
  • Cybercrime
  • Fraud
  • Credential theft
  • Malware deployment
  • Harassment
  • Political persecution
  • Human rights abuses
  • Commercial resale
  • Sharing credentials with unauthorized users

8. User Responsibilities

Organizations receiving a license agree to:

  • Protect account credentials.
  • Limit access to authorized personnel.
  • Maintain appropriate cybersecurity controls.
  • Promptly report suspected compromise.
  • Cooperate with security investigations when necessary.
  • Use the platform responsibly and ethically.

9. Data Protection

Organizations remain responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Analyzer Pro 360 complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Sensitive information should only be submitted when authorized.

10. Artificial Intelligence

Analyzer Pro 360 may generate AI-assisted:

  • Risk assessments
  • Threat summaries
  • Investigation reports
  • Security recommendations
  • These outputs are intended to assist cybersecurity professionals and should always be reviewed by qualified personnel before operational decisions are made.

11. Monitoring

To protect the integrity of the platform, VECERT Foundation may monitor usage to:

  • Detect abuse
  • Prevent unauthorized access
  • Identify suspicious behavior
  • Improve platform security
  • Monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension or Revocation

VECERT Foundation may suspend or revoke a license if:

  • This Policy is violated.
  • Access credentials are shared without authorization.
  • The platform is used for unlawful or unethical purposes.
  • False information was provided during the application process.
  • Continued access presents a security risk.
  • Required compliance obligations are not met.

13. Intellectual Property

Analyzer Pro 360, its software, algorithms, databases, AI models, documentation, reports, trademarks, and associated materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of VECERT Foundation unless otherwise stated.

No ownership rights are transferred through the granting of a license.

14. No Warranty

Analyzer Pro 360 is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.

While VECERT Foundation strives to maintain accurate, reliable, and secure services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the detection of every cybersecurity threat.

15. Modification of Services

VECERT Foundation may improve, modify, expand, limit, or discontinue features of Analyzer Pro 360 at its discretion in order to enhance security, functionality, or operational sustainability.

18. License Sustainability

While many licenses may be provided at no cost through VECERT Foundation programs, the Foundation reserves the right to establish eligibility requirements, duration limits, renewal processes, usage reviews, or cost-recovery models for certain programs when necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of its charitable mission.
